Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Solar Installer to join our team. The Solar Installer will be responsible for assisting with the installation of solar energy systems on residential and commercial properties. This is a hands-on role that requires physical labor, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the installation of solar panels, inverters, racking systems, and other components according to project specifications.
• Perform site preparation, including measuring and marking locations for panel installation and ensuring proper alignment.
• Assist with electrical wiring and connections as needed, under the supervision of a licensed electrician.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas, including properly disposing of materials and debris.
• Assist with troubleshooting and resolving installation issues as they arise.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in solar installations, construction, roofing, electrical work, or a related field preferred.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools commonly used in construction and installation work.
• Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
